I really only want a small set of features, namely ones that the browser doesn't already provide:

• Link annotation and selection (maybe map to CTRL-/)
• URL Yank (maybe map to CTRL-Y)
• Page up, page down (maybe map to CTRL-U, CTRL-D)

First, however, I need to double check that I'm not missing anything else.

There's not a lot of reason to have all hosts once I remove most of the features. Thus, at that point, we should really use chrome.activeTab + chrome.commands to get the functionality we want. That should lead to much better security properties.
