This repository contains code snippets for digital histopathology image analysis.

Color deconvolution example HDAB.ipynb

This is a Python example of the color deconvolution algorithm by Ruifrok et al. [1]. making use of the Python scikit package [2]. The iPython notebook can be directly viewed in GitHub.
