Pasting multiple lines should send CR to pty instead of LF about jediterm HOT 1 CLOSED

FWIW, I did some more testing on OS X and Ubuntu 16.04, and none of the terminals I tested on Ubuntu converted CRLF->CR. (They all converted LF->CR, though.) On OS X, the built-in Terminal.app and iTerm2.app both converted CRLF->CR and LF->CR.

(While I think JediTerm should do the LF->CR conversion, it was less clear to me whether it should first do CRLF->LF. It's especially awkward that CRLF->LF already happens automatically on Windows, so if we do it unconditionally, then we'll do two conversion passes there, which would convert CRCRLF on input to a single CR in the final pty input.)

For testing, I didn't see an obvious/convenient/reliable way to put CRLF onto the clipboard on Unix (or Windows, for that matter). I've been using the Atom editor, which doesn't (currently) sanitize newlines on Copy, but that perhaps should change. It has a toggle switch at the bottom-right for switching the current buffer between LF and CRLF endings.
