Does anyone want CPAN-style formatting support? Leaning towards not supporting it, just focusing on example strings.

It would certainly be more clear for random developer looking at the code for the first time, since at first glance the current example strings look a lot like hardcoded datetimes.

Punting on CPAN time formats. Requires knowledge of another (more obvious) set of directives, but stamp's goal is to get away from that. Plus, there are ambiguity issues with "Mon" -- does it indicate short month or "Monday"?
