I really like this new toolkit name, so it would be great if you could actually rename everything. :)

In Debian, sight depends on a version of dcmtk that explains (/usr/include/dcmtk/ofstd/oflist.h) that calls to OFIterator have to be replaced by OFListIterator(T).

There are three such calls, in libs/io/dimse/SeriesEnquirer.cpp and in libs/io/dimse/helper/Series.cpp.
