Rename cmake options

We should use SIMDRIVER_... prefix to indicate the option to be project related and avoid conflicts with sub-projects.

Fix latex style symbols in Doc

Why

Some Markdown interpreters can work with $ notation. Github and Doxygen do not.

How

either don't use symbols / math style or find another solution

Remarks

Restructure to common library structure

Tasks:

include and src directories
Utility classes to include/utils
Math header for scale functions etc.
Build, test, installation process in Docker
Build, test, installation process in CI (github)

Move Interface Generation (and generated code) out of source

Add generator tool to project
Remove interface code (at least injection)
Add custom target to cmake project

Move all modules to *.cmake files in /cmake/

This cleans up the main CMakeList.txt a lot and structures options and functionalities

Replace doxygen style with sphinx

Why

Doxygen looks old and not pretty.

How

Use this or similar resources to have a sphinx designed page that includes the C++ API documenatation

Create library installation process

cmake install commands
check in docker by running demo code

Integrate simcore and simtraffic for testing

Integrate and load SimCore project
Create controller classes
Update behavior tests using simcore and simtraffic
Move controller and vehicle adapter to SimCore project

Merge SimCore based on necessary changes
