Migrate to Vite, instead of react-scripts

Change Action List table color to contrast the table from Pose List table. In addition, change the selected row color to be more contrast from other rows.

Change Joint List table layout to a checkbox table and add buttons to move all selected pose joint positions to robot joint positions and vice versa, as well as the button to turn the torque of the selected joints on and off.

Create a Table using mui-datatables to list all actions saved in Action Manager.

Add a GitHub workflow to build and test this project.

Intialize a React App for Akushon package.

Create app layout according to Roboplus app parameters.

As this project no longer uses Vercel, add gh pages deploy to workflow.

Add ESLint for the linter with eslint-plugin-react and eslint-config-prettier.

Change to dense table by create custom table

Separate the test and the deploy workflow so the deploy workflow will be triggered only on push from master while the test workflow will always be triggered on push and pull request. See workflows of Kumo App for more information regarding this workflows separation.
