维特智能JY-ME01角度传感器Arduino库
封装了一个函数，能实现通过串口MODBUS通信获取角度传感器的当前角度值。
当然，务必先打开与角度传感器相接的串口，选对波特率，再执行初始化程序
使用方法可参考例程"modbus_test.cpp"

串口通讯要求
这个只能搭配维特官方上位机使用吗。直接连uno板子可以读取数据不
编译通过，但是接线上机串口读不到数据
目前是接线上机调试了一下，串口工具好像是收不到数据，传感器怎么转都没反应。 我在查阅说明书的时候发现有两种不同的接线说明，RX和TX反过来还是如上图情况
