For the better variance explained representation, add an option to set min_r2 and max_r2 and use the default colour palette.

I am accessing the app behind a load balancer and I need to serve it on the context path /shiny/mfoa

if I re-write /shiny/mfoa with / as currently i have to do this becuase it is serving on /

then I lose the CSS and page is not rendering properly.

Is there a way to modify/change the app or dockerfile to serve it natively on /shiny/mfoa

It would be useful to implement an export function to get a PDF file with a plot for every tab.

Add plot_factor_cor() plot to make it easier to interpret and compare factors.

Add plot_data_heatmap for easier interpretation

Possible ones are PBMC datasets from 10X Genomics, Tabula Muris.

Add plot_top_weights() plot to make it easier to interpret factors.

UMAP and/or t-SNE might be a useful (and a familiar) way to get the overview of the data.

One of the ways to incorporate that would be to create a tab with UMAP/tSNE embeddings if they are present in the model file or to run it from the browser if not. The colouring of the embedding could be factor values.
