リアルタイムに国土地理院のサーバから地理院タイルを読み込んで表示する場合は、
出所明示のみでご利用いただけます。申請は必要ございません。
出所明示は地図右下隅等に「国土地理院」又は「地理院」と表示してください。
標準地図、淡色地図、Romanizedについて、地図データをダウンロードして独自のサーバの中にデータを保存して利用される場合には、ご指摘のとおり作成者から複製もしくは使用の承認申請をしていただく必要がございます。
その場合の申請方法等につきましては下記をご覧ください。
