When I open a project containing draw.io files with the .drawio file extention there seems to be no way to have the plugin open these files.

Use "minimal" UI theme by default in the editor (via ?ui=min URL parameter).

Any chance you could add support for Mathematical Typesetting? Seems it's disabled even if I update drawio to the latest version.

This behaviour, though annoying, can be tolerated on Linux, however on Windows the save-as dialog defaults to the user's Documents folder...
Correction: this bug is also present on Linux file saver.

The current version is from 2018, lacks several handy updated feature.
An update of drawio to accommodate modern improvements would be very helpful !

... embedded diagram persists. Their svg parts arent currently saved.

As per title, from the ATOM app (version 1.31.0x64) is not possible to launch and view the draw.io canvas

Would it be possible to update to the latest version of DrawIO?

• The SVG-type-file does not loose render quality when resized in browsers.
• Plus it comes with the added functionality to save the DrawIO xml-data embedded into the SVG.
  That way u only have to manage one file-type to work with the diagrams.

It also solves the problem to embed the xml file into markdown. As SVG is already supported in markdown.

... but fine in chrome, and when viewing directly (not linked via markdown)

Drawio shows the embedded images fine, but when viewing the saved svg image in a browser, the embedded images are not rendered.
