Hi @vidhyajagannathan, thanks for interested in MMSplice. MMSplice was developed with human data, although there should be some correlations between human splicing regulatory code and other species, it might not generalize well. If you have standard gtf annotation file from ensembl, you might be able to still run MMSplice, but I would be cautious when interpreting the results.
