Hi there 👋

My name is Fabrice Jossinet. I'm biologist, bioinformatician & assistant professor at the University of Strasbourg, France.

I'm creating visual tools to explore and study 2D and 3D architectures of RNA molecules.

Languages used: Java, Kotlin, JavaFX, Python.

Docker RNAVIEW not working

After having pulled your docker I try to run this command

sudo docker run -v fjossinet/assemble2 rnaview -p Assemble2/samples/tertiary\ structures/1mfq.pdb

and I get the following error

Unable to find image 'rnaview:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for rnaview, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied.
