Register for a Biowulf Account

To access the NIH high-performance computing resources, you will need an HPC account. All users must have their own accounts.

  • Fill out the account request form
  • Have your PI approve this account
  • An automated message will be sent to you when the account is ready. Follow the login instructions in the email.

Note: There is a charge of $35 per month for an HPC account.

Complete a #TidyTuesday exercise

TidyTuesday is a weekly project from the R4DS Online Learning Community that is designed to give users practice wrangling data and generating plots and analyses in the R programing language

  • Navigate to the Tidy Tuesday Repository
  • Follow the instructions for how to download and clean the data
  • Practice your Rstudio data wrangling. Focus on improving, even if you end up with something simple

    (you will have unlimited tries and answers are checked automatically)
