On user gist page show and hide gist by clicking gist link

On follower page, if the user follows authenticated user, shows the following icon otherwise show nothing.

If there is an image in a Gist, it cannot render the gif. It tries to render as a html file. @shivanibhanwal could you look it?

@filipewl New form error messages should collect header of the form. This view is not true. Could you fix it?
