So basically what you want to do is be able to switch curves with a switch.  
Right?

Correct.  There ought to be a curve for each dual, or hopefully, triple rate.  
3D fliers like separate curves for normal flying and then 3D.

After thinking about it I think this is possible with the current setup.

You need to create 2 mixes for the throttle like this:
    wt   src    sw   crv
CH2 100% THR   THR   c1
    100% THR  !THR   c2
CH3 ...

That way you have the 2 curves available for the throttle switchable with the 
THR switch.
