Trim values are added to the stick values.
There is no place that you can "see" trim values. In a very real way the trim
simply affects the center of the stick.
And yes, copying the trim value adds the stick position. They are interrelated.

That's why the all trim copy option disregards channels that have throttle as
input.
I wanted to leave the option to zero subtrim on a single channel so just in
case the user needs it it is there.
