Dread League leader 'Sanguine Rose' is pretty set in stone, if someone wants to draw her picture I can implement her portrait.

because if you supprot Gadifer, he'll get angry and twins will be happy
and if you support Twins, they'll get angry and Gadifer will be happy

Make 3-4 main centers on the griffon continent, that would make research and removal of lack_of_scientists idea go faster.

Feudal puppets for sure - if we want to go overboard, we can separate puppets into:
Feudal puppets - for griffon nations
Autonomous states - formally parts of a country, but with a measure of autonomy (example: EQS puppeted SCS, CES, EQC - maybe CRY)
Regular puppet - foreign nations that have been conquered
Fascist puppets - as in vanilla
