A few refactors are needed to clean up after adding Bloc and FlutterBloc.

• The StreamBuilder should be removed and added inside the Bloc such that data events update the Bloc's state (as this is its own stream).
• The flutter_bloc package has its own concept of RepositoryProvider. I can simplify things a little with the use of this.
• The settings page should use its own Bloc and only use the MainBloc for changes to global settings (like saving credentials).

As this was written as a quick hack I haven't implemented any error handling for the HTTP methods.
This needs:

• replacement of bare http library calls with something a little higher level (like chopper)
• checking for auth errors and other non-200 responses

The scroll view is initialized at the bottom of its range - this seems a little wrong.
Change to either: current time (if day is today), or the start of the day (if any other day)

It should be possible to use a Flutter WebView, allow the user to login and then interpret data out of the dev page (once displayed) to pull out the required data. Regex patterns already exist in the codebase to allow this (curl command parsing).
