In this new design, we will add a version concpet. For example, you can say 
your data
is PSS/E 28.1. Also, custom file can be with any extension, for example *.raw 
for
PSS/E file. When the file is copied into the workspace, the extenstion will be
changed to InterPSS internal extension *.psse.
