More than one InterPSS editor can be opened at the same time about interpss HOT 6 CLOSED

I've tried that,it really can work.But you start a InterPSS frst,and then you 
open 
it another time.In the "second" InterPSS,if you open a *.ipss file,it will be 
opened 
but with error Infomation: 

Error to Create DB Project

com.interpss.common.exp.InterpssException:Cannot dbActionProject, see log file 
for 
details. Please contect InterPSS suppert.

More then one copy of InterPSS is not allowed, since there is one underlying
database. InterPSS should warn the user for the error.

But it seems that the warning is not exited.

Problem remains?!
