The MacOS store still shows some error that some files are not signed, maybe because of permission / readability errors; it also shows an error that some file is owned by root and therefore not readable or so.
already solved that, was that them provisioning profile was referencing outdated certificated, replaced it with a new one, should last until next year at least.
