hm, for whatever reason, the core is not able to read the message from the database, we're getting failed to load message Msg#1714 from the database: Query returned no rows instead
does that happen for all messages? maybe do a backup first and then try to delete the stuck messages and try to send new ones, that may at least fix your issue - without knowing the reason, however
