Sentry Camera Object Tracker

Needed if using FT232H/PCA9685 controller:

Temp fix for "global cap_v4l.cpp:1119 tryIoctl VIDEOIO(V4L2:/dev/video0): select() timeout" error:

sudo rmmod uvcvideo && sudo modprobe uvcvideo nodrop=1 timeout=5000 && python main.py

export OPENCV_VIDEOIO_PRIORITY_MSMF=0

Smooth out stepper state direction/speed commands in tracking_function()

Need to explicitly turn off the other axis which disables parallel axis movement. This should be fixable in Python, need to test combinations of direction and speed settings.

If you don't explicitly turn the speed off, the gimbal doesn't stop fast enough per axis. Something to look into.
