minichlink not detecting esp32 programmer on MacOS. about ch32v003fun HOT 1 CLOSED

At the end I found the issue. As stated in my original post the problem was with USB to serial IC on my ESP32S2 controller. I soldiered USB interface directly to the D19/D20 pinouts and finally got the long awaited:

Now I'm trying to figure out if anything actually deploys/runs on the device.
Examples build and images seem to write, but I don't see any print info and nothing is blinking:
