superdeno ports supertest and inherits it’s API. For now there is no dedicated expect method for asserting on the absence of a header.

Instead you can get access to the response and subsequently headers within .end(_error, response).

Alternatively you can await the response as the return value from a superdeno chain. Just note that you cannot use both .end() and .then() ( equivalently just awaiting the response) on the same chain - it’s one or the other IIRC.

I’m not strongly opinionated about matching supertest exactly, so open to APIs/modifications to existing APIs to simplify this use-case, so long as backwards compatible and not confusing to existing supertest users looking to move from Node to Deno.
