seems like var-errs should be used. maybe <redacted> is literally ((tenant)). maybe related to #13?

@dpb587-pivotal interpolate --var-errs didn't show any issues. None of the actual values is a literal ((tenant)), but it contains real strings for project, user, password, and such. #13 is unlikely, as the manifest that interpolate shows as output looks like the exact manifest I want to deploy.
