Have you looked at the --dry-run flag?

Hi @rkoster ,
Thanks for your reply! I have tried the --dry-run flag but it didn't seem to make any difference. I was still prompted to input Continue? [yN]: and I was not able to pipe the output to a log file (like it mentioned here: #440.
The request is just to simply show the diff without the prompt so we can pipe it out.

To implement such a feature would also require interaction with the credential server to also show which credentials will be updated. We are happy to review a PR making the required changes. An example of what such a feature would look like can be found here: https://github.com/Qarik-Group/carousel/blob/main/cmd/diff.go
