if you are using classic version, you can use EngBags modded addon to disenchant
https://github.com/davidonete/mangosbot-EngBags/tree/1.12
otherwise you whisper bot
spells disenchant, it links spell link
then you command cast [Disenchant] [Item link]
from mangosbot-bots.

To make bot items show in EngBags you either use Mangosbot option to show inventory or whisper bot "c"

To enchant you need to use the same cast [Disenchant] [Item link] wher Item linked is already in enchant slot
from mangosbot-bots.
