Automatic update of flask app

In no particular orders. Do do list for arc
- - Test on-boarding user with id for cilogon (smtp)
- - Finish process an automated deployment for the production tech dev api (podman)
- - Start hosting data for bento team and delegate admin power to them
- - Make sure we have a working gopass setup
- - Use a vault system for pasword not in gopass
- - Backup KC, Zabbix, bastion and techdev postgess DB.
- - Zabbix as a service (first for bento)
Provision machines
The proxy machine will have the 3 following service
- NGINX
- Lets enscrypt
- oauth2-proxy
The machine in the back will have
- Flask app
- The postgress database
Set SSL
We can use *.dev.sdh4.ca from cloudflare for that machine. We might have more than one service hooked there at some point
