Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Following option in Activity settings
2. Go to Members directory
3. Click "Follow" link on multiple users in a row
4. Link text does not change

Expected behavior
You should be able to click Follow on multiple users in a row, and see the text change to "Following" on each user immediately, without page refresh.

User can add media to albums and show them but what if user wants to move them outside of album?

Right now, we don't have any option to remove media from album. so we can delete the media but not remove them from album. There should be an option to move them outside of album. Whether it should be in media popup box or in the album photos list.

1. User based Filter not working. Result is Incorrect. (Same report response for all users.)
2. JS Error and Result break [When Start Date is missing then got JS error.]
3. Last lesson’s module show incomplete report however it’s completed
4. Points from lesson or module assignment completed is not show in lesson or module completed points
5. Under the student's name, it should show steps completed, % progress made and points earned.
