firstly i run this code
!pip install --upgrade numpy
!pip install --upgrade blankly

after that just i try this code
import blankly and its works on my laptop.
I hope its working on my desktop. I try it tomorrow.

Interesting, it looks like I've run across this issue before.

Try using the most up to date numpy with pip install numpy --upgrade

It looks like from a stack overflow post about it that numpy >= 1.20 might be necessary.

It might work after reinstalling the package, sometimes that fixes errors with:
pip uninstall blankly
pip install blankly

from blankly.
