Implement pagination. Too much load on database if you load all the data at once. Am not a django developer. I could be wrong.

I think your heroku dyno has expired due to the heavy traffic. Please shift the project to AWS or Digital Ocean or upgrade the dyno. Make sure to thread the app while it's running on production.

enable https redirect or forced HTTPS from the Cloudflare dashboard.

This page should show the list of the 14 districts. When clicked on one, it should show the current district needs table along with a the status update of the district - like leave announcements for ed institutions.

Saw a few trolls on the keralarescue.in website. We can use our network of IEEE volunteers to manage the data inorder to improve data authenticity.
