拜读文章后，iLSLS在文章中的表现优异。在使用过程中遇到一些问题，第一个问题是iLSLS的lib.info文件需要如何制定？第二个问题是是否可以使用多线程？

I'm very interested in your research! But when i installed this algorithm,there are something wrong happened:
when i input ./src/compile.shto test whether my computer satisfy the environment in Ubantu, the screen appears as follows:
/usr/bin/perl
perl is ok
/usr/local/anaconda3/bin/python
python is ok
installing bowtie2
Fold ../bin/bowtie2-2.2.1/ does not exist.
so it means that the bowtie2's installation was not successful,right?
but actually, i have installed the bowtie2 by myself already and it can be used normally, is there some kind of conflict between these two bowtie2?
