In addition to size or fitness tolerance wrt to the optimal values, add parameters
--size-range (MIN_SIZE, MAX_SIZE) and --fit-range (MIN_FIT, MAX_FIT)

StrategySet2Stats adapter in caspo.analyze has non implemented methods:

Add optional entropy-based criterion to select among optimal experimental designs

Similarly to caspo design where we look experiments with up to s stimuli and i inhibitors, caspo analyze could look for IO behaviors wrt up to s stimuli and i inhibitors.

I'm trying to use your super tools caspo, but every time I try in the 3 ways describe (with a docker, with anaconda and with pip and by hand) and still don't understand why didn't work.
