The CPDV versification of Esther doesn't match with the vulgate versification. Any solution? Specially for the CrossWire module building.

Suggest move all the SFM files to a folder named USFM.

Likewise several other files could be moved into suitably named folders to reduce clutter.

I always like to see a well-structured repository before I get more involved in a project.

It would be useful to also provide a README.md file to give information to first time visitors.

The CPDV is an English translation, yet there are several places such as headings in various Psalms where the actual text is Latin. e.g.

The markers \tl_...\tl* is specified for Transliterated (or foreign) word(s), and the CPDV already makes use of this in these two verses:

It seems to me that the syntax for \tl_...\tl* could do with enhancing with an optional attribute to specify the ISO language code.
