N3 experimental state doesn't produce slow wave oscillations; in fact, no experimental regime produces slow waves. This means that either 1. the parameters I've inferred from the code/paper are wrong, or 2. there's a bug in one or more of my mechanism implementations. 2 is more likely, so need to drill down (using the (Bazhenov 2002) model code) to figure out which mechanisms behave different between the original code and this implementation.
