Is there any chance to have this with English , I try to install English Pack but seems not working

1.现在有win11/win10系统的arm架构的镜像文件。
2.mac的m1系统上安装虚拟机后运行上面的镜像文件即可。
3.不知道咱们这个工具集合安装麻烦不？看着是精心之作，所以可能耗费很多时间。
期待arm架构的软件虚拟机，跪求！！！
