Thanks for the patience. The source you utilized on nite07 did not have a patch file included.

I utilized https://pesktop.com/en/windows/proxifier (US hosted, apologies) where it included the patch and fixed the issue and is running now.

@connorrutt Thank you very much for your patient help. I found out what caused the issue. It was a conflict between my Proxifier and Fluent Search, an auto-start application configured by Windows 11 Penetration Suite Toolkit. After I turned off Fluent Search, my Proxifier no longer shows "not responding".
