Adding favorites using multi-select is your suggested solution solution, but what is the problem you are trying to solve? Why do you need to mark multiple episodes as favorite?

One of the ways you might want to is selecting back episodes for future listening

If that's the use-case, then I think we should reject the request. That's not what favourites are for, adds things to the interface for a minor use-case. For this use-case #2648 would be a better fit.

Possibly but wasn't that already rejected?

#2648 certainly isn't rejected. In fact, discussions had already started on its implementation. It's just difficult to implement.

We discussed this at the "Needs: Decision" meeting and decided to close this feature request.

We think that 'favouriting' should not be possible in batch, as it's not effectively marking an episode as "a favourite" or bookmarking for later follow-up (which already is 'inappropriate' use of the status but understandable given that AntennaPod doesn't have anything better.

To track future listening, as noted, we have the queue + request for multiple queues.
