Error in coefficient of variation description in sampling notebooks
In sampling.ipynb and sampling_soln.pynb, it says:
"Coefficient of variation, which is the sample mean divided by the sample standard deviation."
As discussed in Pycon 2015, it seems like it should be:
"Coefficient of variation, which is the sample standard deviation divided by the sample standard mean."
sample.std() / sample.mean()
