Main menu
Insofar I have a button that quits. The other buttons don't do anything.
The buttons and background need texture @aarroz said a bit ago that he would come up with textures for em at some point.
I'm looking for the documentation on how you switch node trees but keep doing it at my bedtime so it doesn't seem to work out. If anyone could provide some documentation that actually explains what is happening that would be great.
Alt-tabbing back shows pointer again on Windows
The game will hide the pointer on first load but Alt-tabbing out then back in shows the system cursor that won't hide.
Walls seem more like suggestions than anything
Are we ghosts? because thats what it feels like. You can walk through any wall with no effort!
VSync Support
Add the option to enable VSync to prevent screen tearing.
Restructuring filesystem for cleanliness
As it currently stands there's lots of random files that don't belong. Cleaning these up would be nice. My biggest question is how best to organize stuff.
My initial thought is that every object seems to have a material, script, mesh, etc. so taking each object and putting it into a single file with all the materials related to that. The issue becomes that there is a lot of psudo-junk that is a mix of everything so it becomes difficult to sort (Ex. wipmesh.tscn is unused at this point it seems)
Select in CMD causes program halts on Windows
While the game is running, going to the console and selecting something will halt the program and cause the main window game to report "Not Responding"
To fix it, press escape to deselect anything selected in the command prompt
Low end PC crashes
Attempting to run the game on PC's with 2 GB or less with result in a crash until the user frees up enought memory to allocate the game.
Adding configureable keybindings
In the current state of the game all keybindings are hardcoded. these should be a config that (Ideally) should have a menu for it.
No exit function, game can only close via Alt + F4
The game can only be exited via a force close system function. Need to add some function to close the game.
Quit button
The quit button spans across the whole button on the window where the quit button is.
Physics interaction between player and objects are rough.
Collision Boxes are weird between the interactions of the players and physics objects.
screenshake
The screen looks like your cross eyed and shakes left to right really fast when moving foward, this happens on both the Linux and Windows version.
Jumping mechanic is unnatual, function needs to be redone.
When holding down the "Jump" function, the character will move up and slow down until it falls back down. This is an unnatural form of movement that needs to be re-done in the future.
