I'm seeing the same issue here, I'm really scared to see this low level of secure programming from a government site. And that after several hours of this problem they won't put up the old page while they fix this "shame" site.

@ngokhiem @cyberdes99 We’re very sorry you experienced difficulty signing in and creating your accounts.
This week, login.gov saw higher than expected volume which surfaced several bugs, and caused downtime and delays for many users. We have scaled up our infrastructure to support the increased server load, and fixed the bugs. The system should be stable going forward.
Please let us know if you are able to create your accounts and/or sign in.
