Hi I've got this error. I think the clientSecret on the application is expired

When I go to this url:

https://stateless-vsts-oauth.azurewebsites.net/oauth-callback?code=<<REDACTED>>&state=<<GUID>>

you will see this:

Looks like the site might be down?

Is the site down - exceeded Azure usage limit?

Hello, I can't manage to refresh client secret. I have deleted the authorization from VSTS and tried to re-create it with better-vsts-npm-auth command but after I give the access, It again says client secret is expired.
