Make sure that nothing blows up if wifi is off.

Jennie noticed this too, on 1.0beta1.

Fix this by method swizzling on UIPageViewController's layout subview methods. See if we can make it call [super layoutSubviews] w/o exploding. Maybe this can even be done with subclassing instead of swizzling?
