Update elasticsearch client lib to use 2.x.

This adds full support for elasticsearch 2.x.

Bulk inserts that fail to insert due to mapping should throw an exception.

Right now, if one mistakenly sets fixture data that is rejected by elasticsearch due to mappings (or other issues), falls into the retry logic rather than immediately throwing an exception. Further more, the retry logic \LogicException isn't clear why it "times out" when this situation occurs. The timeout itself is good, but checks prior to entering the retry loop need to be hardened.

This should have a finite number of tries and then throw an exception.

Mapping for ElasticSearch fixtures

Currently there is no way to map ElasticSearch fixtures. Without this nested calls/sorts will throw exceptions, searches and sorts may return invalid data, etc.
