The class in repositories.php should be named Arden_Repositories, not AutoModeler.

In a repository extending from Arden_Repository_KohanaDatabase, all the methods would use $this->_qb_select/etc. But if there's another call to a repo method, the _qb_select or any other query, will carry along other query commands it has..

When I try to achieve something like this:

    public function find_user_by_account($username, $account_code)
    {
        $this->_qb_select
            ->join('accounts', 'INNER')
                ->on('accounts.id',   '=', 'users.account_id');

        return $this->load_object(array(
                'username' => $username,
                'accounts.code' => $account_code
            ));
    }

$this->_qb_select will carry the join command along to all other methods.
