Provide a ReadMe - explain that you only use HTML, JS, and CSS to accomplish the website. Also put how you made use of best practices to structure your code.
Skills Img Issue
On production the images for skills are not being shown - instead you might need to make use of svg rather than other formats - react, sql, etc. are being shown. Look at the detail to those images and find the missing images that fit the format.
Cleaner CSS Code
Consider cleaning the CSS - structure it by providing sections or isolate the css into files representing the styling they effect. For example - styling for home page, styling for skills, styling for skillsPanel, etc.
