To start your Phoenix server:

• Create and migrate your database with mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate
• Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.

Step by step mix phx.new my-app --app my_app --module MyApp --no-brunch --no-html edit file config/dev.exs change the postgres configuration mix ecto.create # for create database mix phx.server # for running the application
