Surge needs a 200.html file not index.html for the front end routing to work correctly.

i wanted this to be very lightweight, so I think I may have to have a micro service for my push notifications due to the GCM (google cloud messaging)

currently in main thread, can stick that on a worker for better performance

currently just big long list, could be nice to have searching, filtering and better loading

• select recipe to brew, put into a preperation mode
• show ingredients list with up datable checkboxes
• show timeline of tasks with timings
• start a brew and help user keep track of where they are
• relative timings, and overall percentage of brew done
• archive brew when finished
